I am a big fan of the strip, and having a couple of small relatives, getting this was a no-brainer.Patrick's McDonnell's charming art, and simple and engaging exploration of the alphabet will make this one a bedtime favorite.I like this so much, I may have to buy another copy for myself, after this copy gets gifted to the niece and nephew.

This little book it just precious loved the pictures too. Will read over and over.

PATRICK MCDONNELL IS A TREASURE AND THE LITTLE RED CAT IS ONE OF MY GRANDSON’S (2) FAVORITE BOOKS. IT IS FUN, FUNNY AND A LITTLE ZANY. BUT MOST IMPORTANT, IT HAS HEART. OH AND YOU LEARN THE ABC’S TOO. WHAT A BARGAIN! SMILE.

This is such a clever ABC book! I was delighted with the illustrations and the twists and turns the book took -- some very unexpected. Each page introduces a new letter in ABC order, but it also tells an adventure story along the way. I can see preschoolers on up enjoying this book and I am excited to share it with my first graders after the holiday break.

My 4 year old loves this book, no words to this book but the letters each match up with something in the picture and he loves the pictures and the story that unfolds in this book.

Love all of the Mutts and this no exception. Pictures, humor and alphabet words all great and unusual. Only had to look and think hard for one letter. Great for kids and adults too

This is one of the best alphabet books I have seen (and as the mom of two, I have seen a lot of them). The story and drawings are so funny that the book is fun for all ages. I highly recommend it! Bravo!!
